ISO 9001 - in Progress
CCM has contracted via a consultancy engagement and kicked off our ISO 9001 program earlier this year. We will provide updates as we progress throughout the year.

Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification / CMMC - Level 2
CCM has invested in the implementation of the CMMC Level II requirement in support of the Department of Defense mandate to better secure CUI or Controlled Unclassified Information. We are utilizing Exostar module(s) for implementation and we can share graphical updates as to our current status in the rollout.

Welder Certifications
CCM tracks all of the welder certifications that have been achieved within our shop and team of fabricators. Please contact us for a list of the certifications. We have established a systematic process to ensure all certifications are recorded, updated, and easily accessible. It includes; Certification Database, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Expiration Monitoring, physical documentation and audits.

ITAR / International Traffic in Arms Regulations - In Progress
CCM has implemented the “internal controls” to prevent unauthorized access to controlled materials. This was previously achieved in our CMMC/Cyber Security Maturity Model Certification, which is in progress. Additionally, we have implemented an ITAR room, see details below.

First Article Inspection or FAI
The FAI is crucial in industries where precision and quality control are essential. Key requirements associated with the FAI includes; Comprehensive documentation, Part number and Revision level of the product, Measurement and Verification, Material Certification, process control, quality control signatures and traceability. If your project requires an FAI, CCM can meet this requirement.

Certificate of Compliance or CofC
CofC is a document used to certify that a product, material, or service meets specified standards. Key elements includes; Product Description, standards and specifications, testing and inspection results, supplier relevant information, authorized signatures and date of issue. CCM Fabrication can meet this requirement.

ITAR Room details

CCM’s ITAR room is locked at all times, access is limited to the officers of the company. The room has 24×7 camera coverage with cloud storage.

CCM has a fire-proof safe to secure documents. Additionally, the space has fire suppression and fire alarm coverage.

Established procedures for maintaining records, defined protocols for transport of ITAR-controlled items within the facility.

Employees with access are trained on compliance regulations, security protocols and proper handling of sensitive materials. Procedures for breach or fire are posted and communicated to all authorized personnel.

Warning signs indicating restricted access is prominently displayed.
