Capturing requirements, goals and challenges is necessary for prototype success. We work collaboratively to create detailed CAD drawings and shop drawings.

We work with you on the selection of materials that best suit the prototype’s intended use, including consideration for strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

Using advanced machinery and techniques, our skilled fabricators will create the prototype. We utilize methods such as cutting (Plasma table, Waterjet table, shears, etc.), machining, bending, welding and assembly.

We conduct rigorous testing, we invite the customer to review and provide feedback in real-time, which then allows for any adjustments or improvements. Once the prototype is completed, we deliver to the customer at their specified location. At a scheduled time, the VP of Operations at CCM can present to the team the process to develop the prototype and provide details of future solutions.
