Establish measurable goals for each project: timeline, resource allocation, and expected outcomes. We strive to meet your timelines at all times, but there are times when high demand in our shop affects our delivery. We are focused on sharing achievable timelines, which include maintaining our core values of integrity and transparency on our capabilities.

CCM will establish check-ins as agreed with each customer to monitor project progress. We are in the process of implementing self-service tracking for CCM customers. More details to follow as we roll out the program. Our quality assurance process includes tracking quality at each fabrication stage before moving to the next phase. We are now providing, at shipment, the actual Quality Assurance Form that the Shop Foreman is using.

Performance Tracking, Timely Communication and Continuous Improvement

CCM has implemented KPI/Key Performance Indicators to measure efficiency, especially around production time per project, on-time delivery rates, and quality compliance. The goal is to identify “bottlenecks” that can impact our customers’ delivery as early as possible. We have also invested in best practices engagement to improve customer and internal communication. As we continue to grow as a company, continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis is a strategic goal.
